About Big Bay Properties
The Big Bay Properties website is one of several online business ventures belonging to my Online Business, Futurity Web. This portal came about as a tool to provide much needed information to both locals and tourists looking for property investments and/or property to rent in the Big Bay Area of Cape Town. This website is now geared to showcase Commercial, Retail & Residential Properties that are ‘For Sale’, ‘For Rent’ (Lease) and available as ‘Holiday Accommodation’ in Big Bay & the immediate Surrounds (Atlantic Beach & Bloubergstrand).
The massive boom in development and growth along the Western Cape Coastline and the availablity of world-class beaches has most definately boosted the image of this once desolate area. The Big Bay Beachfront, with the Eden-on-the-Bay Waterfront Development has most certainly become a must see tourist venue and a playground for the young & old alike. One is simply spoiled for choice, when it comes to selecting a Restaurant or Place to Stay etc…
Although this website was originally designed to cater for property owners wishing to sell or lease their Big Bay Residential Properties, it has most definately become much more. The website now caters for the needs of most sectors within the community and provides much needed information to visitors to the area.

Personal Information
I thought I would share some additional, personal information here in order to make you aware that this website (and a few others that I run), are in fact owned and maintained by an individual and not some huge corporation. My name is Duane Reeve and I live in Cape Town, South Africa.
I am passionate about everything to do with food and started my working carreer in the Food & Beverage Industry. Life has blessed me with the ability to learn new things and as such I have a diverse work history, having been a Restauranteer, an IT Technical Support Specialist, a Real Estate Agent and I am currently running my own Web-Hosting & Internet Services Company, called Futurity Web. Futurity Web, came about in 2009, after I decided to leave the Real Estate Industry. This has been a major challenge and I have pretty much taught myself everything from Basic Web-Design (learning HTML), to more complex things like Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Blogging. Of all these skills, I currently offer SEO advise & services and assist clients with setting up new WordPress Blogs.
