Views
Views of the ocean, Robben Island and surrounds. The sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean and the last rays are enjoyed from this house. Beach (World renowned for surfing [kite, wind & board])The wide, expansive Big Bay Beach, and it’s numerous activities, is literally across the road (Five minute walk to the beach).

Location
The house is positioned within a secure, 24 hour Housing Estate (Kingshaven) and is situated in Marine Drive, Big Bay, located in the heart of Blaauwberg-on the brink of the main thoroughfare. The home is a mere 30 minute drive to CT International Airport, a 15 minute drive to Cape Town and/or the Victoria & Alfred Waterfrontand a 10 minute drive to Canal Walk Shopping Centre. (Close enough to all nearby amenities, yet quiet, tranquil and tuckedaway from the ‘hustle &bustle’).

FURNISHINGS

Lounge
In the lounge, there is a 5-seater, L-shaped brown leather couch, accompanied by a large wooden coffee table on a Persian carpet. In addition, there is also a large, state-of-the-art 42’ plasma TV, DSTV (Full Bouquet) & DVD Surround-Sound Music System. Air-conditioned for the hot summer days and a gas fireplace for the chilly winter days! 2x Double-door entrances (from outside) allow for loads of light and fresh air.

Kitchen & Scullery
The scullery is equipped with Bosch appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher). The kitchen has a Bosch fridge, Smeg oven, hob (gas) & extractor fan, LG microwave (convection included) Russell Hobbs appliances, crockery & cutlery. Maple kitchen cupboards throughout with granite counter-tops.

Dining-room
Experience a cool dining experience in the air-conditioned dining room at a 6-seater dining table.

Has an extra length king-size bed (with leather headboard), 2x mahogany bedside-tables, 2 x Mahogany Server Units and chairs, 32’ LCD TV, a leather tub chair, double-seater leather ottoman at foot of bed, mirror and ample cupboard space. Ample linen and towels are provided. Double doors open out to the vast, sunny deck. En-suite bathroom consists of a shower, spa-bath (with 6x jets), Geberit toilet, double basins with granite vanity slab and heated towel rails.

Bedroom 2
Has a queen-size bed (with leather headboard), 2x Mahogany bedside-tables, a Mahogany Server Unit and chair, double-seater leather ottoman at foot of bed, 51cm LCD TV, mirror and ample cupboard space. Ample linen & towels are provided. Double doors open out to the sunny deck.

Bedroom 3
Has a double bed (with leather headboard), 2x Mahogany bedside-tables, 1 x Mahogany Server Unit with ottoman, 37cm LCD TV and mirror. Ample linen & towels are provided.

Bathroom 2 (upstairs by bedrooms)
Shower, spa-bath (with 6x jets), Geberit toilet, basin with granite vanity slab, and heated towel rails.

Bathroom 3 (close to entrance, dining room & lounge)
Guest Toilet + Single basin.

Deck
Direct access to the patio from 2 Bedrooms and upstairs passage exit. There is an eight-seater wooden table with 8x wooden chairs, umbrella and 2x tanning beds / sun chaises.

Top passage
Connecting Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, Bathroom 2 and deck, has a large 3-Drawer Mahogany Server on an Indonesian Batic.

The brand new ‘Eden on the Bay’ shopping centre, located within the ‘Big Bay Beach Estate’ precinct, is also situated within walking distance (±100m) from the house. Situated in a prime location – on the Big Bay beach, this mixed-use development is the most unique new shopping and lifestyle destination ever to emerge within the Mother City. Flavourful restaurants abound, such as “Ciao Baby Cucina”, “Capello”, “Moyo”, “Karoo Cattle and Land”, “Café Sofia” and “Izabellas”. The Big Bay Lifesavers Club is also situated alongside. In addition, the ‘Seaside Village’ Shopping Centre is also only ±100m away. ‘Seaside Village’ hosts some well known restaurants, such as ‘Col’cahios’, ‘Alexia’s’, ‘Spur’, and ‘Cape Town Fish Market’. Woolworths, Checkers and a Post Office are also in the centre.

In order to secure the booking, the following deposit is required: 50% payment of the total cost as well as a R2, 000 refundable inventory deposit.

A R300 Final Clean and Launder fee is charged.
